International Attendees
If you need to obtain an invitation letter to attend the AFLAS, please contact us no later than July 31, 2008 to allow for timely VISA application, facilitate early registration for the congress at the lower rate and increase chances of booking a hotel in the AFLAS block. Include in the request the applicant's full name and complete mailing address. Invitation letters will be informed via E-mail.

Free Pick up Service

Free pick up service would be provided on Sep. 27, 2008 at Beijing Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station and Beijing Capital Airport.

Visit and Sight-seeing

Visit: 2-3 institutions of laboratory animal science in Beijing.

Sight-seeing: 2-3 places of interest and scenic spots.

You can enter for these visit and sight-seeing on Sep. 27, 2008 at the registration desk. It will be perform on a ¡°first-come first-served¡± basis. There will be several shuttles from the venue to these places.

Badges
AFLAS Congress official badges will be required for admission to the exhibit area, educational programs, the Opening General Session, the Welcome Reception, and the General Membership congress. You will receive your name badge at the registration counter.

Safety Tips
1.We will try our best to ensure your visit in Beijing to be safe as well as fun.
2.Always be aware of your surroundings as you walk to and from the convention center. If you see something suspicious, don¡¯t hesitate to alert security.
3.Remove or conceal your name badge when leaving the convention center.
4.Please contact us if you meet any difficulties.
